It is important to take note that when you are using our website these terms apply. These terms are subject to the Law of England and Wales.  

By placing an order on HUBHOUZE website you confirm that you:

  1. Are 18 or older

  2. Have a debit card or credit card in your name 

  3. Have sufficient funds to place an order

  4. Accept deliveries in within the UK



You may not use the website in any way which causes, or may cause damage or interfere with any other user experience of the website. You may not conduct in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise subjected to breach of any applicable law or governmental order. 


  1. Prices are listed In Sterling Pounds including VAT.

  2. All our overall estimated bathroom project costs are subject to the dimensions of your bathroom real space and does not include installation. 

  3. The price of the products is the price displayed at the date that the order is placed and will be confirmed via email once the payment clears.

  4. We endeavour to display accurate prices and any technical specification information at all time. However, we reserve the right to change prices and remove discounts at our discretion. Anything that was purchased prior to the changes will not be affected. 

  5. If the price of a product is higher than the price on our website, we will contact to inform you and you will have the option of  cancelling the order or going ahead with the correct price. 

  6. The prices include VAT, but exclude delivery costs. The delivery costs will be added to the total amount due. Please see delivery information. 



By creating an account, you consent that the following personal information will be collected by HUBHOUZE:

  1. Full name

  2. Full address

  3. Phone number 

  4. E-mail address

  5. Preferences 

  6. Financial information (billing address, name and debit/credit card details)


Your information will be used to:

  1. ​Set up an account

  2. Process your payment

  3. Supply products to you

  4. Record delivery information

  5. Store preferences

  6. Hold basket 

  7. Receive information about deals, news etc unless requested otherwise


We will only share your personal information to a third party where the law either requires or allows us to. 

Please ensure that all the information provided is correct and updated. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulted during checkout such as entering the incorrect address information. 

Although security is our main priority, you are responsible to secure your login information and not share it with anyone. 


  1. We accept all major debit and credit cards.  

  2. We accept Paypal payments 

  3. Your credit card details will be sent to the bank’s secure servers. No card data is saved nor visible to any member of staff. 

  4. If there is an error or you have been charged incorrectly we strive to process any refunds within 10 working days.

  1. Deliveries are made to UK mainland only.

  2. Please allow up to 10 working days to process your delivery. 

  3. Although we strive to deliver everything in one lot, sometimes due to manufacturer’s stock or delivery times, we might face delays with certain products. We will do our best to communicate clearly and be transparent when such situations arise and provide suitable guidance and alternatives.

  4.  Please be aware that we might have to split the deliveries depending availability of our products to ensure that we are not responsible for delays to your project.

  5. Please ensure that you do not book any works or installation before the items are delivered and inspected for damages. 

  6. All items are subjected to our suppliers stock availability; we aim to inform you within 3 working days if all the items are in stock or if an extended delivery time is required.

  7. Our White Glove Delivery Service come at a fixed cost of £75. This will ensure that all products are delivered to your desired room on a day arrange with HubHouze. You will be given a time slot of 4 hours for the delivery. Find out more on Delivery Service. 

  8.  If by any chance the delivery day has been agreed and we are unable to deliver the items to you as a result of your action (not being present for delivery), another delivery day will have to be rearranged and we reserve the right to charge you an additional full delivery fee as a consequence. 

  9. We do not claim any responsibility if the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as manufacturing faults, car breakdowns, roadblocks, weather conditions etc. 

  10. Upon delivery the products must be signed off by a person that is 18 years old or over. 

  11. We make sure that before dispatching the products are checked; however, if by any chance you do receive the delivery with missing parts or products you must notify us within 48h from the time of delivery.  No complaints will be accepted after this period.

  12. In case you are unable to check the items yourself within 48 hours to report any faulty or missing items, please make sure you request someone else to do it and report (in case you’re travelling..)

  13. Our deliveries will be handed by an independent courier. Although we will strive to send the products to you by special delivery, sometimes it might be beyond our control. If the driver is not insured to take the large pallets inside the house, however you will be notified before dispatch. 

  14. In the case of product delays, sometimes we might arrange that the manufacturer delivers directly to you. We will notify you once that happens and the terms covered on deliveries of this type. 



  1. If you decide that you no longer want a product you have bought,  up to 10 days to notify before the items are dispatched. If you notify us before the items are dispatched you will receive a full refund including the delivery costs. 

  2. If you change your mind after the items have been delivered, you have 14 days to notify us. As we use an independent courier, the delivery costs will not be refunded. 

  3. Please be aware that any delivery costs of returned products are your responsibility, apart from faulty items.(Add the BDC clause about the 25% restocking fee in case of some manufactures).

  4. You must cancel the order in writing to enquiries@hubhouze.com



  1. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days

  2. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging 

  3. Any item that has been used then returned is subjected to be sent back to you without a refund. 

  4. Please be aware that bespoke items are non-refundable if you change your mind unless the product is damaged.

  5. Products that were sold as part of a promotion will have to be returned together in order to receive a refund.



  1. Faulty products must be reported within 48h from the delivery. 

  2. We can either replace or refund a faulty item on behalf of each product manufacture, and cover the transport costs. 

  3. To prevent any delays in processing the exchange proof must always be sent when reporting a faulty item to enquiries@hubhouze.com 

  4. HUBHOUZE will organise the replacement and removal of the faulty item free of charge 

  5. In case of a faulty product, we will on behalf of the manufacturer replace the item for the same. In case you require the product to be exchanged for another with a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference prior to the delivery, and in case of the exchange for an item of a lower price than the original purchase, we’ll issue a refund of the difference. 


  1. All images displayed on the website are the closest indication that we can provide to the original product.

  2.  The colour of products might vary from the pictures available on the website. 

  3. We are not liable to pay compensation for installation costs incurred due to product description errors listed on the website.

  4. We strongly recommend not to arrange any installation until you have received the products and you have inspected them for flaws or damages.

  5.  It is your responsibility to check that the item received is suitable before starting installation. 

  6. Please make sure that you ask a professional to check the products beforehand. Any bathroom fitter will be able to inspect the products before starting work.  

  7. The company is not liable for any delays in performance which is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  8.  The company cannot be held responsible to the customer for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business or direct or indirect claims of compensation. 

  9. The company’s responsibility is limited to the price of the products sold. 

  10. If faulty goods were sold which were not visible at the moment of inspection but discovered once installed, Hub Houze is limited to replacing the faulty goods free of charge and covering the cost of installation subjected to reasonable cost for the labour. 

  11.  If HUBHOUZE considers the cost of replacement and refitting to be too high, we reserve the right to appoint a professional so solve. 

  12. If you are unsure if the products fit the space or that the existing pipework is supported by the products purchased, we recommend opting for our implementation fee or ask a professional beforehand. 





  1. As our products come from various manufacturers, the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer and product itself. Please e-mail us at enquiries@hubhouze.com for warranty information about product.

  2. Please make sure that the items are installed correctly, if it is found to be installed incorrectly it will void the warranty. 

  3. Please note that certain Products such as bathroom furniture may need some alteration to meet your specific requirements, such as pipework, space constraints and designs. Any such alterations are carried out at your own risk, and the resulting alterations may mean your Product warranty is no longer valid.

  4. We strive to source, select and work with reputable and reliable brands however, in case of any faulty products, we will act upon the warranty of each individual product manufacturer.

  5. We do not offer extended warranties on the products we sell on our website.

  6. We work hard to display all technical information on the products on our website as clear and easy as possible however, for purchasing and  installation purposes, make sure you check the manufacturer technical and installation guidance. 

  7. In case of any discrepancies of technical information between the description on our website and the manufacturer technical information, please make sure you follow the manufacturer's description and technical information, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or installation errors due to any discrepancy of information. 




  1. All the projects displayed on our website are illustration and the prices displayed are considering all visible items, therefore construction materials, pipes and electrical hidden products are not included. 

  2. All the project prices displayed on our website are based on the average UK bathroom size, therefore the final price of your own project is subjected to your bathroom size.

  3. Each individual project is unique and it may require certain products with particular technical specification, which is different than what we have displayed in the project shopping list, therefore the technical specification my vary and it may impact your project final price; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for false price advertising. 

  4. All the products displayed in our project packages has sizes and technical variations, and as each project is unique, it's very likely it will require a different specification than what is displayed in the project list, if that’s the case, please contact us for the product variation you require before placing your order, and we cannot be held liable for any incorrect purchase on our website. 

  5. All products displayed in our project’s shopping list can be bought individually or as a package, in different quantities. Before placing an order, please make sure you read all the manufacturer technical information to make sure the product is suitable for your project, as we cannot be held responsible in case of a product displayed in our project package isn’t for any reason suitable for your own bathroom space. 

  6. If you are looking for a full bathroom renovation, we strongly recommend you book an in-home visit (add the link here), where we run the  our initial check, take precise dimension for space planning purposes and securely implement your selected project into your real bathroom space. 

  7. In the event that one or more product of your selected bathroom package is not compatible to your bathroom space due to dimensions or any mechanical, technical, or plumbing issues, we will source and present you with three equivalent options within the same price range and specification for you to choose from. Once the item is approved by you, we will proceed.

  8. In case you purchase a full package as listed in one of our projects, but do not request our implementation service, we will not be held responsible for any incorrect purchase, therefore we strongly advise that you seek a professional and reliable builder to confirm that the technical specification of the products you’ve selected are suitable for your bathroom installation. 


  1. We do not provide any warranty that the service will be free of defects or faults.

  2.  We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the website. 

  3. Whilst HUBHOUZE uses reasonable means to ensure that the website is safe, secure and free of viruses or errors, we provide no guarantee in that regard and all users must take responsibility for their own security. 

  4. Security of our website is our priority. Your credit card details are sent to the banks secure servers whilst the order is processed.

  5.  Your card data will not be saved nor it will be visible by any member of staff. 

  6. Your credit card details will always be sent via secure connection.
